Powered by TeamViewer, the Remote Technical Support Utility allows a support provider to connect to your computer remotely in order to see and control your screen, enabling them to provide you with technical support.

No files will be transferred without permission, and once closed the TeamViewer application will no longer permit connections.

Windows

  1. Download the Remote Technical Support application
    Download
    • For Internet Explorer, when prompted, click the Run buttonWindows Internet Explorer download prompt showing Run/Save/Cancel options
    • For Google Chrome, click the downloaded fileGoogle Chrome file download
  2. When prompted with the below screen, press “Yes” to allow TeamViewer to runWindows User Account Control prompt showing Yes/No option
  3. When requested, please provide Shaun with the ID and Password displayed onscreen

Mac

  1. Download the Remote Technical Support application
    Download
  2. Double click the SCCS-RTS applicationMac OS X DMG opened showing TeamViewer application
  3. When prompted, press “Open”Mac OS X Gatekeeper prompt showing Cancel/Open option
  4. When requested, please provide Shaun with the ID and Password displayed onscreen
